The Fortnightly Music club, pursuing its customary policy of being helpful wherever possible, has arranged programs to be given in every sanatorium in the city this afternoon at 4 o'clock. This has only been possible through the co-operation of some of the best choirs in Albuquerque with the club's philanthropic department. The thanks of this department, which is headed by Mrs. D. W. Faw, are extended to all who have so kindly promised to assist. The following is an outline of the programs to be given:
At the Albuquerque sanatorium the First Presbyterian choir, under the direction of Mr. Charles R. McKean, will sing: Central Avenue Methodist choir, direction of Miss Elizabeth Lord, will go to St. Joseph's sanatorium: the Immaculate Conception choir, directed by Mrs. Palladino, will sing at the Methodist sanatorium; the First Congregational choir, under the direction of Miss Bixler and Mrs. Landers, at the Presbyterian sanatorium, will be assisted by the Baptist choir, directed by Mrs. Underwood.
