Charged With Larceny.

B. F. Keith, O-W.R. & N. agent at Gibbon, was formally charged with larceny by bailee in a warrant issued from the office of Justice of the Peace J. H. Parkes today at the instance of the railroad company officials. Keith was arrested by Sheriff Taylor last Friday but not until today was any formal charge made against him. He came to the city last week and was drinking rather heavily. This caused the company to investigate and it is said they found him short in his accounts. He turned over all of the money he had on his person when arrested.
