Riot in Johnstown--One Man Killed and Others Dangerously Wounded.

We received at an early hour this morning, by the Pennsylvania Railroad Telegraph Line, the following despatch:--Pitts, Pos. CONEMAUGH, August 4.

There was a serious riot in Johnstown this afternoon. Two persons were killed and some injured. The participants were principally Welsh, and were employed in and about the Cambria Works. The riot originated with a dog fight, and resulted in the death of a man named Wertz, and one whose name we did not learn. Great excitement prevailed all evening. Some are seriously injured. C.
