Hundreds of Baptist dignitaries and high churchmen from every Baptist center are expected to swoop down on Fitzgerald, Ga., November 12, for a three-day annual session of the General Missionary Baptist Convention of Georgia with the distinguished president Dr. L. A. Pinkston, of the Tabernacle Baptist church, Augusta, presiding.
Dr. I. D. Crawford, executive secretary and editor of the Georgia Baptist, official organ for the denomination, is slated to make far-reaching annual report dealing with phases of the denomination's program during the year. Interest in the coming session is unusual and the expected to be the greatest in years, leaders pointed out.
