LONDON, April 12.

Mr. Secretary Fox delivered a message from the King in the following words:

Lord Shelburne delivered a similar one to the Lords:

"GEORGE REX. His Majesty, distressed to find that uneasiness and discontents have arisen among his loyal subjects, upon matters of great weight and high importance, recommends to this house, immediately to take this object into their most serious consideration, and to conduct them to such conclusion as may give mutual satisfaction to both kingdoms. G. R."
