FETTERS' TRIAL SELECTED
Eight men and four women compose the jury to hear the trial of the State of Ohio vs. George Fetters of Celina, Ohio. The selection was completed in the common pleas court at Wapakoneta, Ohio, Tuesday afternoon, after 72 prospective jurors had been examined.
Soon after the jury had been empaneled, the attorneys moved that the jurors be taken to Mercer county to visit the scenes of the crime, and to familiarize themselves with the Moyer farm where Edward Moyer, for whose death Fetters is being tried, was murdered in August, 1922.
