An Estate of 70 l. a Year, and 1100 l. in Money, is fallen to a Boy who used to black Shoes near White's in St. James's Street, and went by the Name of Cockney-Tail; but his right Name is Edward Pritchard. He was born near Bristol, and on his Mother's marrying a second Husband, who used him ill, he came to London, and followed this Employment; since which his Grandfather died, and left him as above, which has been in Possession of his Sister ever since, no Body knowing he was alive, 'till a Gentleman of the Country found him out about a Week ago, who has furnished him with Money to go down and take Possession of it; and yesterday, for Joy, he was treating his Acquaintance with Punch, according to the Act of Parliament.
