The total registration for the city election which will be held next Monday was 1176. The vote was divided in the three wards as follows: 1st, 336; 2nd, 383; 3rd, 457.
City Clerk Butler and his assistant are busy at work making up the register for the three wards and will have the work completed the latter part of the week. The names are listed on alphabetical order for each ward and then typewritten on large sheets. Only one list is made and that is the one that will be used at the election.
The polling places will be the same as in the primary election. In the first ward the voters will vote at the Fire House. In the second ward at the display room of the Bisbee Auto Company and in the third ward at the canyon Fire House.
So far there has been very little interest taken in the election. In the registration the Democrats outnumbered the Republicans about four to one.
