Travers Writes Of Conviction

President J. C. Neale, of the Lions Club received a letter this morning from Jasper Travers, official delegate of the El Centro organization to the national convention, recently held in Des Moines, Iowa.

Travers explained briefly the program conducted by the conference. He told of the demonstrations conducted to show the result of the work of the organization among the blind people, and explained the many ways in which the organization is assisting in making life more bearable to them. The demonstrations at the conference proved beyond question the value of this work.

The next conference will be held in Louisville, Ky.
