The Concert in Bel Air.-The amateur concert in the Court House on Friday night of last week was a most gratifying success to all concerned. Upwards of two hundred and fifty persons were present, the net proceeds amounting to about $125. The ladies who took part in the affair were Misses Carrie B. and Juliet Evans; Misses Betty and Mary Gover—and Miss Ella May—all of Baltimore; Miss Whitmer, of Philadelphia; Misses Mary Fulton, Lucy Jacobs and Lily McComas; and Mrs. J. M. Streett and Mrs. Daniel Scott, of this county. The gentlemen assisting were S. Archer of Jno., John A. Fulton and Mr. Block. The details of the concert were admirably arranged and carried out and the singing was excellent. The proceeds are to be devoted to repairing the rectory of Emmanuel Church, Bel Air.
