M'GILL PREDICTS VICTORY

Dr. John D. McGill, president of the Board of Police Commissioners and of the Board of Health, said this morning in discussing the political situation:-

"To my mind the outlook for Democratic success next Tuesday is most promising. In the last week I have noticed a most perceptible improvement in the situation. Democrats who allowed themselves to be swept along on the wave that was started for Mark Fagan have come to their senses and I look for a comfortable majority for George T. Smith."
