Stockholm, March 12. The King's Journey to Cassel this Summer is much talk'd of here; nevertheless, we shall not be positively inform'd of it until the breaking up of the General Dyet. The Matters laid before that Assembly encrease so fast, that it has not yet been possible to fix a Time for their breaking up. The last Debates in the Secret Committee were upon several important Affairs relating to the Regency of the Kingdom. It has been found out that several Abuses have been committed in that Respect. and that six Senators have had a great Hand in them; upon which the Dyet thought fit to divest them of their Posts. That Assembly has resolv'd to do all that lies in their Power to improve the Trade of the Kingdom, and to double the Capital of our East-India Company, which at present is no more than 320,000 Crowns.
