John Titus, Walter Berry, Nicholas Stillwell and Wilhelmus Van Nes, persons appointed to assist all ships and vessels that may happen to be stranded on the coasts of King's County, Long-Island.
On the same day election was held in the respective wards of this City for Corporation Officers for the ensuing year; when the following were chosen, viz.
North Ward. John Wyley, Alderman; George Janeway, Assistant; Robert Cocks, White Blackwell, Assessors; Peter Hulick, Collector; Henry Birtall, Peter Hulick, Constables.
Montgomery Ward. Benjamin Blagge, Alderman; Tobias Van Zandt, Assistant; Samuel Gilford, John Murray, Assessors; Christian Will, Collector; John Fleming, John Faulkner, Constables.
Out Ward. Nicholas Bayard, Alderman; Cornelius C. Roosevelt, Assistant; Isaac Varian, Jacob Haren, Bowry division, Assessors; Richard Furman, ditto, Collector; Lewis A.
