FINE CORN.

Several samples of fine corn are on exhibition in this office. One sample from Botetourt, grown by C. C. Cronise, a fine white variety. One sample of yellow corn, grown by W. D. Bunny and two samples grown by our friend of the north side, John Y. Whitt—white and red grained. The red grain mixed is an old fashioned corn not often seen now, but fine corn it is. As to which of these samples is the best, opinions differ.

Tazewell can cope with any county in Southwest or anywhere else, in quality and quantity per acre. Samples of Tazewell's fine corn should be entered in the contest at Marion, and show 'em.
