Is it not time that there should be some change? For eleven years they have been running the trains. would it not be well to switch off and try a new set of engineers? At least a few Republican brakesmen would not do any harm. They might stop the concern somewhat when it is running out very fast.—Inquirer.

Yes, indeed! A few "Republican brakesmen" like the editor of the Inquirer, who wanted to pay off his tax duplicate as Collector of Middle Woodberry township by borrowing the money out of the County Treasury, would be very apt to "stop the concern somewhat." They would be "brakesmen" with a vengeance! They would break the "concern" in less than no time.
