Extract of a letter from London, April 5.

"The bill for the regulation of Custom House fees is ready to be laid before the House. It will be supported by the heads of the opposition as well as by the ministry. Mr. D--d--ll and Sir G--v--le have both promised to assist in carrying it through. It is thought Lord Camden will come in again as Chancellor; the terms on which he is to accept the seals, are, that on his resignation, he is to have the addition of 2000l. to the pension of 2200l. which he now enjoys, and is to be created an Earl."
