FORT BENNING, Ga. Army Pvt. Efrain Feliciano Santos, 20, whose wife, Elsie, lives at Gamle Gade 10, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, recently was assigned to the 3d Infantry Division at Fort Benning, Ga. After three years in the Far East, the 3d, nicknamed the "Rock of the Marne" division, is undergoing infantry training at the fort.
Feliciano Santos, a rifleman in the 7th Infantry Battalion, entered the Army in July 1955 and received basic training at Fort Jackson, S. C. He is the son of Mrs. Maria Santos Cortes, 335 W. 46th st., New York City.
