Full Text

The fight here on the county ticket is getting hot and personal; they fight each other hard and throw mud on each other very lively. The ball is not fairly opened yet; we will see ere long a regular circus with Bill Lucas as the principal clown, aided by Cato Lee. Bisbee will do the grand and lofty tumbling for both regulars and irregulars, so as to try and please both sides, and he can do it. Simon seems to be ring-master, and will cause Bisbee to jump high as he seems to be in favor with both parties and carries the whip.
