LONDON, April 30.

The last advices from Petersburg and Vienna, speak in terms of the greatest confidence of the approaching rupture with the Turks. The Russians are using every effort to increase their naval force in the Black Sea, and to complete the buildings and fortifications of their new city, Cherson, an immense train of artillery, both for the field and garrisons, was sent from Petersburg towards the Crimea, in February last. The snow being hard frozen then, affords an easier and more expedient conveyance by sledges, than the roads do in summer.
