Report of State Commissioner to Be Investigated By County.
Huntington, W. Va.—W. R. Kyger, cashier of the Central Banking Co., whose doors were closed several days ago by S. P. Smith, state commissioner of banking, was twice indicted on misdemeanor counts by the Cabell county grand jury. Before adjourning the jury passed a resolution asking Prosecutor Simms to look into the reports of the state bank examiner on the condition of the bank. It is alleged that "the institution has been carrying a certain amount of capital stock as an asset in violation of the law for the past year," according to the resolution. Mr. Kyger has not been arrested.
