ST. LOUIS — Preliminary plans for the fifteenth annual convention of the Homer G. Phillips Interns Alumni Association, Inc., next spring are already being made, it was announced here this week.
The meeting, which will attract distinguished physicians and surgeons from all over the United States, will be held May 2-5, 1960.
The sessions will be scheduled at the Homer G. Phillips Hospital, 2601 North Whittier, St. Louis, Mo.
Beginning with the opening day on May 2 through the closing banquet, the 1960 meeting is slated to be one of the more exciting in the history of the Association.
Convention planners are extending themselves to assure the ultimate success of the fifteenth year.
Aside from the symposiums, clinics and other professional features of the session, a full round of social functions are also planned to relieve the tensions of the working periods.
"A large degree of interest has been manifested in the event," a spokesman for the Association said.
