JOHNSON SEEKS FOR
TIPS ON BAD LAWS
Pierre, April 24.-Attorney General Johnson has asked the attorneys of the state to call his attention to any defective or ambiguous statutes of which they have knowledge, and intends to prepare a summary of these for presentation to the next legislative session.
He is already receiving a number of replies calling attention to such statutes, and when the next session opens the members will be informed as to the shortcomings which now exist, and they will have a lot of amending to do to fix up poor laws.
