WASHINGTON. Jan. 29. (UP)- The United States supreme court agreed today to review the decision of the ninth circuit court of appeals upholding the contract between the city of San Francisco and the Pacific Gas and Electric company for distribution of city-made Hetch Hetchy power. The review was granted on petition of the federal government which is seeking to annul the contract on grounds it violates the Raker act through which the Hetch Hetchy power and water project was authorized and built.
