Child Run Over and Killed.—Yesterday afternoon a child named John Hogaboom, whose parents reside in Boerum st., between Doss and Pearl st., was run over by the cars of the Long Island Railroad, while passing Hoyt st., and both legs and arms crushed caused death shortly afterward. The train was moving at the usual ordinance rate of speed, and it seems that a number of children got on the cars while in motion but were driven off. They again got on unperceived, and the above named lad slipped down and was run over. Coroner Bull will hold an inquest to-day.
