Mrs. Anna Gallenbeck spent Sunday evening and Monday at the Ed Miller home at West Union. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Blaski and family visited Tuesday evening at the Charles Hesse home. Mrs. Frank Quade and son, Harold, Mrs. Arthur Lloyd and daughter, Alberta, visited Wednesday afternoon with Mrs. Minnie Gamradt. Donald Hesse returned Saturday from a two weeks encampment of the National Guards. Leo Curly was a dinner guest and spent Monday afternoon at the Albert Kind home. Gene and Lois Grindy and Patty Ann Lloyd spent Thursday evening at the Albert Kind home. August Fierabends and daughter and Mr. Willwock, of Grey Eagle, visited Saturday evening at the A. J. Orth home. S. R. Henry Ann, O. F. B., of Bismarck, North Dakota, is spending her summer vacation at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Pauly. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Rogers visited Sunday afternoon and were supper guests at the Pete Pierson home at Sauk Centre. Adam Orth and Hubert Theisen called at the J. L. Drinker home Monday evening. Mr. and Mrs. C. G. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Kind and family spent Wednesday evening with Mrs. Minnie Gamradt. St. Rose Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Silbernick and family were St. Cloud business callers Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Coe motored to Winnipeg last week. Rev. A. Schwinn, of Bird Island, and Mr. and Mrs. R. Schwinn returned from their trip through the Iron Range country to Superior National Forest. From there they followed the North Shore Drive to Fort Williams, Canada, and returned by way of Duluth.
