HIS POLICE POST
Making no comment on his reasons for the move except to deny that there was any friction between himself and the police administration. Officer Dan Potter yesterday tendered his resignation from the force.
Potter is a native westerner, and a Las Vegas pioneer, as well as having engaged in the cattle business throughout the southwest for many years. Of late, he has been serving in various capacities as a peace officer, and two years ago was a candidate for Clark county sheriff.
