Exec. Bd. Meets In Brunswick

Executive Board members of the Georgia State Beauty Culturist League representing ten of the fifteen local leagues throughout Ga., met at Brunswick, Georgia recently. Highlights of the 1954 Executive Board meeting were: 1. Reports of the 1954 National Convention were presented. 2. A membership Drive to be launched in January, 1955. 3. Completion of plans for the 1955 Georgia State Convention to be held at Cordele, Georgia

Mrs. Ella Hauser Martin, State President urged the board members to lend their fullest cooperation toward carrying out the 1955 big program.

The Brunswick League serving as hostess, entertained the group with a motorcade to Sea Island Beach and other points of interest. Climaxing the program with an oyster roast in the Municipal park. Mrs. Rose Seadrow is president of the Brunswick League.

Beauticians who attended the meeting reported having had a very successful and enjoyable meeting.
