Field Marshal Lord Montgomery said last week at least 10 years will pass before Russia or any other country perfects an intercontinental ballistic missile.
The intercontinental ballistic missile will come," Montgomery told industrialists at a luncheon here. He is NATO deputy supreme commander.
"Today it is only in the experimental stage and it will be many years - I would say at least 10 years - before it is brought to perfection and any nation has it in quantity.
