Washington, Feb. 15.—President Wilson will find a full week's work ahead of him when he returns from France. Within that time he is expected to: Appeal to a joint session of congress for endorsement of the league of nations. Confer with governors on unemployment. Confer with party leaders regarding organization of the next congress. Appoint a successor to Attorney General Gregory. Appoint a successor to Ambassador Sharp, Paris. Sign a great mass of appropriation bills. Sign the revenue bill. Make great numbers of minor appointments. Lead a parade of returning Yanks down Fifth avenue.
