Thorn hedges—A letter from a gentleman who had made a tour through a part of the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware, speaks in the most flattering terms of the thorn hedges, for their great utility, safety and durability, as a cheap and permanent fence, forming a strong and sufficient barrier against all kind of stock commonly raised on American farms.
