Valley ranchers who have signed contracts with the government in the corn-hog reduction campaign are notified by M. Trentham, president of the Imperial Valley Corn Hog Control association, that the proof of compliance work will begin immediately.
Notices have been mailed out stating that a supervisor representing the federal government will be in the valley shortly to see if ranchers are complying with the terms of the contract.
Ranchers are notified to have records ready and to have their hogs available so that the supervisor may check them. The producer must be present when the supervisor makes
