TORONTO, Ont., Sept. 17.-The eighty-second annual communication of the Sovereign Grand lodge of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows opened here today. The attendance is very large, as besides the members of the Sovereign Grand lodge several thousand members of the orders from all parts of the United States and Canada have come here to attend the communication. The communication proper will begin this evening and will continue for six days. An elaborate program has been prepared for the entertainment of the delegates and visitors and their ladies.
