Hungary Refuses to Come to the Relief of Austria for Grain Needed.

COPENHAGEN, Nov. 6. - According to the Allgemeine Zeitung of Vienna, the food difficulties of Austria are becoming notably sharper, in consequence of Hungary's flat refusal of Austria's proposals for a supply of grain.

An extraordinary crown council will be called, the newspaper says, to discuss the extent of Hungary's obligation to supply food to Austria.

From other sources it is learned that the food situation in both countries is serious, more especially in parts of Austria, where there is a grain famine.
