Extract of a Letter from London, Dec. 25.

Abstracts of two Acts of Parliament, of Geo. I. and II. relative to Artificers and Manufacturers transporting themselves to foreign Countries to exercise their Callings, are published in all the News-Papers here, that no Persons may be ignorant of the Penalties they incur by disobedience to them. People here are under great Concern from the Consequences which will attend the Americans setting up so many Manufactories; and 'tis thought some Measures will be taken to put a stop to them.
