We have some further news from Mexico, by the Ohio Statesman, which, however, does not appear to be much later than what we published last week. The intelligence now received is of a more positive character, and confirms the former. Santa Anna is undoubtedly, before this time, either numbered among the dead, or is an exile from the country which he has ruled so long with a rod of iron. The revolution has been bloodless, nearly, so far-a revolution from the force of public opinion. The new government has not yet had time to develope its policy towards the United States, Senor Rejon, Santa Anna's Minister of Foreign affairs, has fled from the country; and it may be that the new authorities will adopt an entire different course. What would our whig sympathisers for the poor, insulted Mexicans say, should Mexico consent to the annexation of Texas to the United States?
