CHARLESTOWN, April 4.

On the 24th of last month, for the first time this year, nine states appeared on the floor of Congress. The states represented, with the names of their respective Delegates, are as follows:

New Hampshire: Mr. Livermore, Col. Long.
Massachusetts: Mr. Gorham, Mr. King, Mr. Dane.
Connecticut: Mr. Johnson, Mr. Mitchell.
New York: Mr. Platt, Mr. Smith, Colonel Lawrence.
New Jersey: Mr. Symmes, Mr. Hornblower.
Pennsylvania: Mr. Wilson, Gen. Sinclair.
Maryland: Mr. Hindman, Col. Harrison.
Virginia: Col. Grayson, Col. Carrington, Mr. Munro, Col. Lee.
South-Carolina: Mr. Ramsay, Mr. Pinkney, Mr. Kean.
