Mental Health Collects $2,125

Mrs. Joseph Bialy, chairman of the Newington Mental Health Bellringer Campaign today announced that a total of $2,125.98 was collected during the recent Mental Health Bellringers March.

Mrs. Bialy stated 'The encouraging results of the 1959 Mental Health Bellringers March has been very gratifying. The results indicate that the people of Newington are no longer afraid to speak of mental illness in the open, that the public is now aware of the magnitude of the problem, and are willing to contribute in order to unlock the mysteries of tortured minds.'

Mrs. Bialy expressed her gratitude, and that of all those who cannot speak for themselves to the Bellringers and captains for doing such a fine job during the 1959 Newington Mental Health Campaign.
