FUR THIEVES IN RICHMOND.

Six Thousand Dollars' Worth Taken From Chas. Haas & Sons Store.

(Special to The Gazette.)

Richmond, Va., Dec. 2.—Fur thieves who have been operating extensively throughout the North and West are believed to have been responsible for the burglary of the establishment of Chas. Haas and Sons, Richmond's leading furriers, some time between Saturday night and this morning. Choice furs valued at six thousand dollars were stolen. The thieves gained entrance by means of the fire escape.
