Thursday last Capt. Tozar arrived here in 9 Weeks from Bristol: From a Bristol Print of the 20th of Jan. we have the following Articles.--

That Admiral Saunders was soon to sail for America with a large Fleet, the Ships being near ready for the Sea.--

That 60,000 French Troops are forming on the Coast of France, to guard the Kingdom against any further Attempts of the English.--

That all the Transports bound to America with Troops were order'd to Portsmouth.--

That the Parliament had met, and some fresh Proposals were offer'd for a Cessation of Arms, by a Neutral Power. -

That a Packet was arrived with the agreeable News of the Surrender of Fort du Quesne.--

And that a large Train of Artillery were embarking on board the Fleet fitting out for America.
