The Postmaster General accepted Mr. George F. Nesbit's proposal to furnish the Department with postage stamp envelopes authorized by the last session of Congress. The envelopes will come in three sizes (note, letter, official) with denominations of three, six, and twenty-four cents, self-sealing, similar to English stamped envelopes, manufactured exclusively for this purpose.
