Stabbing Affray.
Last Sunday evening Esquire Millard was keeping door at the Turner Hall during an entertainment which was progressing in the hall. He had some words with two young men at the door with reference to the admission of two women, and a difficulty was the consequence. Mr. Millard received a knife cut in the forehead and face, and his hand and wrist were also severely cut as he attempted to protect his face and neck from the thrusts of the knife. The men were not arrested. The wounded man has been confined to his bed ever since, but he is rapidly recovering from the effect of his wounds.
