A Letter from Georgia of the 10th of August mentions, that the Garrison of St. Augustine increased every Day, by the Arrival of Troops from Cuba: That there was great Heartiness amongst all the People of Georgia, who were resolved, if the Spaniards invaded them, to fight it out to the last Man, and hoped they Should be able to defend themselves, till the Arrival of Succours from England.

And in a Letter of the same Date, from Capt. Gacoigne, who commands a Man of War station'd in Georgia, he says, that his whole Crew were in good Health, and had been very healthy ever since he has been upon that Station; for in 22 Months, he has lost only One Man by Sickness.
