Letters from the Groyne of the 2d inst. bring an account that the Right Hon. the Earl of Bristol Ambassador to the court of Madrid, has wrote letters to all the Consuls in Spain and Portugal, acquainting them, that there never was a better understanding nor greater harmony than there is at present, between his Britannic Majesty and the court of Spain, notwithstanding all the reports to the contrary ; and that these reports have been only artful insinuations of the French court to serve their own purposes.
