W. Thorn Kissell had a child christened at the St. Luke's Church last Sunday, and had parked his car across the street from the church in front of the home of Fred Ballentine.

Other cars were parked in front of the church and Mrs. Fred W. Jones, who resides on the Gladstone-Pottersville road was shifting her car to get out of the parked cars in front of the church and as she turned out into the street, Isabelle Morrow, of near Ravine Lake, was driving up Main street, and as the Jones car shot out into the street she applied the brakes upon the car and skidded against the Kissell car.

The running board was torn from the Kissell car and a rear fender mashed down against the tire. The Morrow car had a broken bumper and a badly mashed fender. A Chrysler car that stood in the rear of the Kissell car, received a badly bent fender in the collision.
