Capt. Bover of the Emma left Alvarado about the 2d of September and provided Mexican papers and narrative of recent occurrences. The frigate Dartmouth sailed 10 days before for Havana, no English vessels of war at Sacrificios, a frigate and sloop of war expected daily from England. Officers despatched to Acapulco to take charge and bring round the Asia 64 and brig Constante, recently given up by Spanish crews.
