London, Dec. 13. The many trifling Pretences used to delay the Evacuation of Tuscany are not yet ended: There are among the Politicians, long Heads who foresee new Difficulties; and it is visible throughout Europe, that Spain quits Tuscany with great Regret: Nor would the Place have been yielded up at all, had Don Patinho liv'd, who was never at a Loss for Shifts and Evasions, whereby to gain his point. The Uncertainty and Inconsistency relating to this Affair is such, that we shall forbear saying any thing more about it till we can do it on better Grounds.
