RAIL ROAD MEETING IN HARDY.

A meeting of the citizens of Hardy County was lately held at Moorefield, to express their disapprobation of the action of the Legislature in relation to the refusal of the right of way to the Baltimore and Ohio Rail Road Company:

John G. Harness, Esq., in the Chair, and C. C. Lee, Esq. Secretary.

After expressing their opinion of the injustice of the act, they state that they consider the reasons for the refusal unsound—and accordingly appoint fifteen delegates to attend the Convention in Parkersburg on the 29th instant, to devise measures for a new application.
