We shall next week issue, and forward to our friends in this and the adjoining counties, a new prospectus of the "Herald." Any exertions made by our friends to obtain new subscribers will be thankfully acknowledged. We regret that at present a large portion of our time is occupied by other and important business; we hope, however, that by the 1st of Oct. we will be enabled to devote our entire time and energies to our paper. The encouragement and approval which we have received since taking charge of the Herald has given us much pleasure, and with the promise that no effort on our part to render our paper useful and entertaining, will be spared, we respectfully solicit additional patronage.
