For the Morning Star
Lisbon Quarterly Meeting.

The September term of the Lisbon Q. M. was holden with the church in Shelburne on the 5th and 6th inst. Although it is not a time of general reformation, yet reports from a number of the churches were refreshing to all those who love the cause of truth, benevolence, and morality. The church in Randolph reported that they have had a good reformation, and a number of additions. Elders B. Bean, D. Cowing, and J. Davis preached the word of the Lord. The meeting closed with feelings of union and harmony. Our conference on Friday was very harmonious.

The November term of our Q. M. will be holden in the new meeting house in Landaff on the first Saturday and Sabbath following in Nov. Conference on Friday at 10 o'clock, A. M.
