Rasmussen Now Board Deputy

Governor Ralph M. Paiewonsky has named Johannes Rasmussen as Deputy Chairman of the Economic Stabilization Board of the Virgin Islands.

A subsidiary of this board is the Food Rationing Committee of St. Thomas and St. Croix.

Mr. Rasmussen is Chairman of the Committee for St. Croix.

The Economic Stabilization Board will play a prominent part in alleviating hunger and distress among our people should an attack be made by an enemy.

The world does allow people to have their own way, but they must be willing to pay the price.
